No Husband Left Behind
HIM & HER — Together (on the Same Page)
[Prayer]
Unity and Oneness
Would you rate your marriage low or high when considering “unity” and “oneness”? Do you feel it is important for both the husband and wife to work “together”? Have you two love birds given up on the idea of really “connecting”, and getting both of you together on the “same” page?
[Unity]
Hopefully you see strong value of having unity within both the home and the marriage. When you and your life partner experience “unity”, neither of you will be trying to “pull” the other in a different direction. Both of you will walk and live with a sense of working toward the same end result. Actually, living as if in “agreement”.
Strengthening your marriage is first. Then, you will be able to focus energy toward establishing your Christian home. Every community within the nation (and around the world) would benefit substantially from having a married couple who love Jesus more than life within each and every community.
Unity in your marriage and home is worth everything. You will need to set aside plenty of time with your other half to make things work. Maybe even your financial budget should allow a few dollars for some time away, if you can plan for some alone time. Minimizing distractions will help the two of you have better quality discussion time, and come together hopefully to agree on everything important.
[Oneness]
You probably have already come to realize that a “Christian marriage” and a “Christian home” consist of only “one husband” and only “one wife”. This will help to minimize how many people need to provide input, so you only have to come to agreement with just “one” other person than yourself. Also, your love and devotion to just “one spouse” will help you with building an incredible marital life with both “unity” and “oneness” early on.
When you two love birds are willing to “cast all your cares upon Him”, then our Lord Jesus can “lead” your marriage and home. Both unity and oneness seem to come more so to the forefront when both the husband “and” wife release frustrations in prayer. Our Loving God will provide what you need to satisfy all of your genuine needs as the married man and woman build a life of faith together.
Always be quick to consider what your Creator and Sustainer is leading you toward. You and your spouse will never find anything better than what your Heavenly Father has already prepared for your lives together. By removing your “selfishness” and allowing the Holy Spirit to work inside of both of your hearts and minds, you will successfully find “unity” and “oneness” for every decision you ever face.
[Prayer]
“Heavenly Father, thank you for bringing me together with the love of my life. Both of us realize you know what is best, and ask for your help. Guide us to live a sincere “Christian” life with “unity” and “oneness”. May we set an incredible example for other married couples within our community. We give you everything we have, desiring only to please you. Thanks for hearing and answering our prayers as we look to you. We pray in the name of Jesus, Amen.”
