No Husband Left Behind
HIM & HER — Together (on the Same Page)
[Bonus]
Out With A Bang
So, how was the past year for you? Did you have any “unresolved” challenges? Are you looking forward to the “opportunities” which lie ahead? Maybe our Awesome God wants you to “bring” something learned over the past twelve months with you, and create something beautiful with Him over the next year.
[Back]
As we think back over the past year, did anything drastically “happen” to you? Maybe in your “personal” life. Perhaps in your “family” or “home” life. Or even in your place of “work”. Possibly multiple things have happened to encourage some much-needed change for the upcoming year.
Have you learned something “new”, which may have brought minor or even major changes? Knowledge can be a very positive thing, but could even feel somewhat negative at times. Hopefully your newly developed skills are what you look forward to utilizing over the coming months.
Regardless of what happened “to” you over the past year, always remember to keep your head up. The world is not coming to an “end” just because of “frustrations” and “disappointments”. Whenever things get bad, remind yourself that when God closes a “door”, He often opens a “window”.
[Ahead]
As we transition forward, how are you feeling about the “new” year? Have you already started a “list” of things you would like to “do”? Maybe you have some different ideas about what your priorities should be as you embrace the upcoming “unknown”.
Of course, some things should be “released” and left behind, while other things should be embraced. Not everything you were involved with and did last year should be repeated, right? Consider what the possibilities could be just waiting for you around the corner.
By the way, what would you like to do “more” of in the new year? How about “less” of? Maybe this will be the “time” where you finally get around to doing something which has been “on the back burner” for some time.
[Now]
Setting aside a little time for looking “back” to recall just what has been can be enlightening. Perhaps investing some quality time for looking “forward” could help your imagination with what may be.
Though it may seem somewhat difficult at times, try to always make the “best” with what you have. Your Loving Heavenly Father may have to take you through some “rough patches” on the way to something truly “grand” in your future.
Never forget that every year has the ability to bring something fresh and new. Maybe even something considerably different. Though we do not have full control over the past, present or future, always look to your Awesome God, as He know what is best always. Over the course of your life, you may even notice that every “chapter” builds upon the others, creating something truly magnificent.
From one who forever remains…
